By engaging Medisol Healthcare for any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Medisol Healthcare provides consultancy and documentation assistance for healthcare professional licensing, exam booking, attestation and related services. We do not issue licenses, certifications or visas — these are issued solely by the relevant government bodies and regulatory authorities.

2. Service fees

Our service fees are separate from government, authority, or third-party fees (such as DataFlow, Prometric, or embassy charges). All fees are quoted upfront and must be paid per the schedule agreed at the time of service commencement.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing true, accurate and complete documents. Medisol is not liable for delays or rejections arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Timelines

Processing timelines are indicative and depend on third parties including verifiers, authorities, embassies, and postal services. Medisol will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but does not guarantee specific completion dates.

5. Outcomes

Medisol cannot guarantee approval of any application, license, or registration, as the final decision rests with the issuing authority. Our commitment is to diligent preparation, submission and follow-up.

6. Document handling

Original documents sent to our office are insured and tracked. Every reasonable care is taken in transit and storage. Medisol is not liable for loss caused by force majeure events, postal service failures, or government seizure.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Government and authority fees are non-refundable once paid to the issuing body.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
