Refund Policy

We understand that priorities change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

Service fees — Medisol consultancy charges

  • Before work begins: Fully refundable minus a 10% processing fee.
  • After document audit begins: 50% refundable.
  • After submission to any authority / third-party: Non-refundable (as substantial work has been performed).

Government & third-party fees

Fees paid to DataFlow, Prometric, embassies, councils, and any other external body are governed by their own refund policies. Once paid to the issuing body, Medisol cannot offer a refund.

Coaching & study material

Live coaching enrolments can be cancelled within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have attended fewer than 3 classes. After 7 days or 3 classes (whichever is earlier), no refund is offered, but transfer to another batch is available.

Rejection or authority delay

Our service fees are for the work performed — preparation, submission, follow-up — and are not contingent on authority approval. A rejection due to authority policy does not entitle you to a refund, though we will resubmit free of charge (once) with corrected documents.

How to request a refund

Email support@medisolhealthcare.com with your name, service booked, and reason for refund. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
